I placed an order for a new radiator and, because of having heating engineers on site undertaking other works, opted to pay extra for a nominated day for delivery. That was over a month ago. Not only did they fail to deliver the radiator on the nominated day but on each of the 3 different subsequent dates they indicated it would be delivered. Whilst I can sympathise to an extent that deliveries can sometimes hit problems what I find completely unacceptable is a company that is not honest with you about when an item will actually be delivered. They are also impossible to contact - telephones ringing out for an hour without answering and email responses either not received at all or completely failing to respond to the points being raised. even when I eventually managed to speak to someone who promised me a call back all I got was the usual email update to say delivery had been further put back. No explanation, no apology, absolutely nothing.So, I've now got a lovely new kitchen with no heating so can't actually be used owing this company's ineptitude. It's clear they are totally out of their depth with not enough staff to deal with anything other than the most straightforward of orders. I'll certainly not be using them ever again

Order for an unvented cylinder... Projected arrival the 29/8, which although not ideal (wanted to fit it on 25th)was what it was... Cylinder turned up with only about 10 minutes warning on the 24/8... So quick delivery, but with a bit more notice could have scheduled the work in sooner.I know we live in trying times so its no biggy, but better comms would have helped.

I called expecting to get a price match for a boiler, then to use my first order £20 off to get the best price. The call agent said the guarantee is [also] based upon delivery times (so time, not price/cost to the customer) and checked the other site.
He actually misquoted the delivery time on the other site and declined to match their price, so I went there instead!
Poor customer service and a terrible claim to make if it is not true.
I won't do business with companies that have no integrity, and for me integrity is either on or off.

Great price, don't worry about very high delivery cost just compare total price with other suppliers. Quick delivery.


3 different sized radiators arrived very well packed , on the day we were advised .Very happy customer service was great Would highly recommend

Bought 5 radiators first 2 I fitted fine quality looks good just opened 3rd one and there is a scratch not very big but right on front face havnt opened last 2 yet so hopefully there ok delivery was fine also

Ordered a shower unit on a Tuesday and received an email to say delivery was likely to be Friday but I would get an update as soon as possible. Waited till Monday and as I had heard nothing decided to just check up so rang customer services and was told not to worry the lead time is 5-7 days and Friday was just an estimate. Waited till Wednesday but still not received an email so thought I would check up. Customer services told me they would check with distribution to get back to me. Got an email in the afternoon to tell me it would only be delivered in another 2 weeks as they are out of stock. So in a nutshell I waited 6 days for them to tell me that they didn't have it in stock even though they took my money. This is not the kind of service I need as a bathroom fitter they have put me in a really awkward position. Letting me know that it wasn't in stock last week would have been a great help.

The item unfortunately arrived a day late despite and additional payment for next day delivery. I suspect that this was the fault of parcel force, so I have sympathy. Sadly when the item arrived the packaging was damaged and so was the item inside. Again, I suspect this may be due to poor handling by parcel force, but never the less. I emailed Plumbnation to ask them to replace the damaged parts, and to their credit they did. Not great over all though, is it?

Speedy, efficient, kept me informed of progress of order, competitive price, only negative was I had no time frame given for delivery on the date selected so had to wait in all day.

I purchase electric raidiaters thermastatic as shown in avertied picture ive enters in search electric tail roads yet when i recived the items to find no electric part is optional why would I have pickted electric tail rail but dont bother with the electric falsey advertised fell like been ripped off again sent tail rails back 7 days ago still not recived refund this company is tenable very pour customer service avoid at all costs

The product was what I ordered and arrived promptly, but was in a well beaten box (had been sold before). They are quick to take your money, but are impossible to contact for returns or enquires. I have sent two emails, one to "Orders" and one to "Returns" but no reply for over a week. They do not answer their phone lines except once at 08:30 in the morning. Tried 5 times and was on hold for over 15 minutes (then call terminated) on 4 of them. When I did get through to an "agent" (reception) I was put through to "Returns" section where it promptly went to voice mail. I left my details and the fact that I had emailed (as advised on the repeating on-hold message) but have not had a return call or my emails replied to.Don't bother with these people if you want "Service". Fake "UK sellers" on Ebay are more responsive than these guys.
